A resident of District 4 for over 32 years, Lonnie has served on multiple county boards and currently sits on the Charter Review Committee. As President of the Walton Farms Neighborhood Association and Richmond County Neighborhood Associations Alliance, he’s led grassroots efforts to strengthen neighborhoods, advocate for fair governance, and support local youth.
Under his leadership, the Alliance’s scholarship program has awarded more than $120,000 to graduating students from Richmond County schools. Lonnie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, an MBA, and a Master of Education—bringing both practical experience and academic insight to the table.
